Susan Madden is an accomplished educator and facilitator, with over twenty-five years’ experience in the design, development and delivery of qualifications and short courses. Susan has developed multiple common and specialism Minor and Major Awards at levels 3 to 5 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications of Ireland (QQI). Susan holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Training and Performance Management from Leicester University, Centre for Labour Market Studies (CLMS). She is a graduate of the Strategic Business Planning & Management Programme with the Irish Management Institute (IMI), Strategic Planning and Retail Management Programme with the Babson School of Executive Education, (USA) and an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law from the Honourable Society of Kings Inn, Dublin.
