Susan Madden is an accomplished educator and facilitator, with over twenty-five years’ experience in the design, development and delivery of qualifications and short courses. Susan has developed multiple common and specialism Minor and Major Awards at levels 3 to 5 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications of Ireland (QQI). Susan holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Training and Performance Management from Leicester University, Centre for Labour Market Studies (CLMS).

She is a graduate of the Strategic Business Planning & Management Programme with the Irish Management Institute (IMI), Strategic Planning and Retail Management Programme with the Babson School of Executive Education, (USA) and an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law from the Honourable Society of Kings Inn, Dublin.

Tina provides administrative and course support to tutors and subject matter experts. Tina is the “face of the college” with awarding bodies, student employers and students. She coordinates and administers student assessment and results management. Her forte in the college is her ability to design innovative teaching tools, learner workbooks, training games and virtual classroom environments.

Tina holds a Diploma in Youth and Community Work from University College Cork and a Level 6 Information Providers Programme (IPP).

Kathryn Mason, founder and owner of “Masonry “is an accomplished PR and Marketing Professional with over 30 years’ experience. She is a skilled speaker both in Ireland and abroad on public relations as a key business activity. Kathryn has managed the PR and Marketing for many high-profile clients such as Westlife, MCD Productions, Taste of Dublin and Thrive Wellness Festival. Kathryn holds a Diploma in Business Studies, specialising in Music Management from West Lothian College Scotland.

She has a Diploma in Digital Marketing with the Fitzwilliam Institute Ireland, a Certificate in Training and Continuing Education from the National University of Ireland, a Diploma in Event Management, and a Certificate in Small and Medium Enterprise Management with Griffith College, Dublin.

Caroline McKenna is an accomplished Senior Business Executive, with over 15 years’ experience within complex sales environments. Caroline’s’ roles within the industry include developing and implementing a business strategy and tactical plans to maximise sales productivity and has worked in companies from £10M in turnover to a turnover of £100 million-plus annually. She has experience working with global teams and currently works alongside 40 sales leaders from around the globe.

Caroline holds a Bachelors Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management (Faculty of Business & Management), a Higher National Diploma in Personnel Management, QCF in Leadership & Management, QCF in Education and Training, CIPD Diploma in Learning & Development and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.

Eugene is a tutor, senior business executive and former Superintendent Pharmacist. Eugene’s authority within the industry has led to various senior roles within the Fitness to Practice Committee’s of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland and the Medical Council of Ireland and the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor in Practice of Pharmacy in Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s top ranked university.

Eugene holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and a Diploma in Leadership & Management with the Institute of Leadership & Management. He is an Accredited Tutor Pharmacist with the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and is a licensed pharmacist.

Joanne O’Hagan holds an ITEC Certificate in Skincare, a Certificate in Training and Continuing Education with the National University of Ireland and is a graduate of the Marketing Institute Ireland. Joanne is an accomplished retail professional with skills in formulating and driving business strategy for growth.

She is a results-orientated leader, recognised for being proactive, enterprising and enthusiastic. Joanne has combined her passion for skincare, and marketing and has amassed 100,000 followers across many media platforms.

Nichola Flood is an accomplished and award-winning Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach with over 17 years’ experience in Ireland. Nichola is the founder and owner of “The Queen Of Health” a corporate and personal Nutrition and Lifestyle Clinic.

She is also an author, a tutor and a motivational speaker with over 10,000 followers on her many social media channels. Nichola holds a Batchelor of Arts, Honours Degree in Training & Education from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a Diploma in Nutritional Coaching from the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health.

Emma McCaffrey is an accomplished lecture in leadership, management, personal coaching and executive coaching. Emma has a proven track record in supporting organisations and individuals develop tomorrows leaders and managers. She also has extensive experience in an advisory capacity regarding the siting of qualifications on the educational framework, within Ireland, Northern Ireland and Europe.

Emma holds a Batchelor of Agriculture from Queens University, Belfast, MSc in Leadership and Management from Ulster University, a Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching From Kingstown College, Dublin, and is currently studying for a PhD.
